“Meeting with teammates, clients, or customers around the globe is critical to getting your job done. For those times when you need to meet with a larger group, Hangouts Meet now allows G Suite Enterprise users to organize meetings with up to 100 participants and G Suite Business users to host up to 50 participants. This participant count includes people from both inside and outside of your organization”, Google said in a blog post.
While the limit is 100 for users of the G Suite Enterprise and the G Suite Enterprise for Education, it still remains 50 for the standard G Suite Business and G Suite for Education. The new limit will be rolled out in next few days to the Hangout Meet. “If you need to host an even larger meeting, you can enable live streaming, allowing up to 100,000 viewers to watch at once”, the blog post further added.
On a related note, the California based company has rolled out a new feature to its Google search engine whereby it will not show one-answer results to certain query. This means that when a query is raised on Google, the search giant will directly answer it without showing the standard web links. Notably, Google will show zero-search results for queries related to time, calculations and conversions.
